Entitled "Wabash Brownfield Program: A Success Story," the city's powerpoint presentation included pictures of the Denton property and how it is a link in the Riverwalk extension and overall Master Trail Plan, the Kozy Korner site and it is at the hub of the Vernon Street project, the Bront/Mafcote sites and how they will be the new homes for the YMCA facility and a bike and skateboard park and the Swinger property on North Wabash Street which has several businesses looking at it as a potential home when it's cleaned up. ...
