That is just what Pat Overstreet and other Norco residents are hoping to do at the 427-acre Wyle Laboratories site with their newly formed organization, Friends of Norco Hills. "There isn't a lot of open space, and we're being developed from the top of the state to the bottom," said Overstreet, chairwoman of the group.
