Northville Twp. to hear goals for redevelopmentBY KORIE WILKINS DETROIT FREE PRESS October 19, 2006 Residents will get their first chance to comment on a formal plan for a development at the site of the old psychiatric hospital in Northville Township, when the developers go before leaders next week. Schostak Brothers and Co. and Real Estate Interests Group Inc. will present a planned unit development for review Tuesday before the township's Planning Commission. Earlier this year, the developers presented a rough proposal of the development, to be built at 7 Mile and Haggerty roads. "There will be a lot of detail provided," Jennifer Frey, director of Community Planning for the township, said Wednesday. "We've seen variations of these plans since this summer.
