KeyBridge receives grant for Racine project

The Wisconsin Department of Commerce is providing $750,000 to KeyBridge 
Development Group Inc. to clean up contaminated lakefront property in 
Racine.

The Brownfield Redevelopment grant will help pave the way for the 
Waukesha developer's plans to construct a $120 million condominium and 
commercial project on the property.
