Brownfield buying plantBy Margaret Jackson Denver Post (CO) November 11, 2006 Denver-based Brownfield Partners LLC has reached an agreement with Asarco LLC to buy the Globe smelter property out of bankruptcy. Sale of the 77-acre site at 51st Avenue and Washington Street is subject to a bankruptcy auction and court approval. Brownfield Partners plans to redevelop the site as a high-end industrial business park. ...
