By Patrick Lester Allentown Morning Call (PA) April 10, 2007A developer's plan to build 268 homes in Hilltown Township has sparked new concerns about an old problem with a pesky, dangerous chemical lurking under the ground in that part of Bucks County. The problem: a plume of groundwater contamination that has plagued homeowners' drinking wells near Routes 313 and 113 in Hilltown and Bedminster townships since 1999. The fear: The problem could spread if developer McGrath Homes of Langhorne turns 182 acres of farmland near Minsi Trail and Route 313 into a housing community. ...
