Request for Proposals:

The Morris Canal Redevelopment Area CDC (CDC) is a non-profit 
corporation of the State of new Jersey whose stated purpose is to 
improve the Morris Canal Redevelopment Area.  The CDC is currently 
working on the redevelopment project for the property located at 317-319 
Pacific Avenue, Jersey City, NJ.  The CDC is requesting for proposals 
for the following services:

Architectural Services to perform design and construction management 
services for the demolition of an existing building and construction of 
a nine unit residential building (affordable rentals) with an 
approximately 1,200 s/f commercial space.

Grant Writing Services to develop new funding sources/grants related the 
development for the above project.
