Brownfield site renewal may revitalize Haysville By Doug Oster Pittsburgh Post-Gazette (PA) January 10, 2008 Catherine Paff looks out across the Ohio River as the late afternoon sun sets over Haysville, the smallest town in Allegheny County. ... The old varnish plant and property have been purchased by Lone Oak Technology LLC, headquartered in Emsworth, which is developing the brownfield site. Demolition has begun on some of the structures, and the first tenant, Pittsburgh Stage Inc., is set to occupy 20,000 square feet of renovated and added space in April. Pittsburgh Stage, which manufactures and installs theatrical equipment, expects to have 40 people working there within the next three years. ...
