Subject: | [CPEO-BIF] Case Study of State Incentives |
The Northeast-Midwest Institute has completed a new report, Case Study of State Incentives: Proposals to Make Strategic Investments in Brownfields Redevelopment. The report stems from a request by a state economic development agency to investigate the potential for modifying and expanding brownfields incentives. The project included a comparative analysis of incentives offered by other states based on their needs.
