Brownfield redevelopment plan OK'd for former Plastigage site By Keith Roberts Jackson Citizen Patriot (MI) July 08, 2008The Blackman Township Board approved a brownfield plan Monday for the former Plastigage property. Even Stevens Investments plans to prepare the property, 2917 Wildwood Ave., for redevelopment by removing asbestos and demolishing some of the buildings, said Amy Torres, director of economic development for The Enterprise Group of Jackson. Even Stevens Investments is owned by Dale Stevens, owner of the Hunt Club restaurant. Jay Hoffman, Stevens' attorney, said Stevens doesn't have a specific use in mind for the property. ...
