Former GE Site to be studied for future development By JESSICA STANTON Coshocton Tribune (OH) September 19, 2008COSHOCTON - The Coshocton County Port Authority Board approved a resolution Thursday to accept a proposal from Hull & Associates to conduct a site redevelopment and environmental assessment of the former General Electric site on South Second Street, currently owned by SABIC, Int. Hull & Associates is based in Dublin. They were the lowest bidders and Port Authority Executive Director T.J. Justice is confident in their abilities. "They have a good track record and what really jumped out is that they have seven certified professionals on staff," Justice said. "Their references spoke very good of the other sites they have studied." ...
