Buffalo's Sycamore Village opens Empire State News November 20, 2008BUFFALO - Mayor Byron Brown was joined Wednesday by Ellicott District Councilmember Brian Davis, other elected officials and project partners to officially open Buffalo’s newest neighborhood, Sycamore Village. It marked the one-year anniversary of the groundbreaking on the $7.5 million project. The plan for the new Sycamore Village included the creation of a pedestrian friendly, park like community of 24 new homes, comprised of 20 market rate homes and four low to moderate-income units. ...
