Duke Building Receives LEED Certification By Erika Morphy GlobeSt.com January 12, 2009BALTIMORE - Duke Realty Corp. has won what it says is the first industrial LEED certification in the state of Maryland, for its Chesapeake Commerce Center here. The cost of certifying the former brownfield site added about 2% to the development costs, John Macsherry, vice president of leasing and development for Duke's Baltimore office, tells GlobeSt.com.
