UD looks at buying former NCR headquarters

The University of Dayton has entered into discussions with NCR Corp. to 
possibly purchase its former world headquarters in Dayton and the 
surrounding 105 acres.

Officials at the university confirmed the discussions Monday, though 
they said they can release no other information while discussions are 
ongoing.

Since 2005, the University of Dayton has attracted more than $10 million 
from the Clean Ohio Revitalization Fund and the U.S. Army Corps of 
Engineers for environmental cleanup and infrastructure improvements on 
the original parcel, much of which was considered a brownfield.
