Another step Hearing held for clean-up of former Edgewood Warehouse By GIB SNYDER OBSERVER (NY) January 21, 2010Another step in the lengthy process to turn a former manufacturing site in the city to back to productivity was taken Wednesday. A required public comment session was held in Dunkirk City Hall by the state Department of Environmental Conservation on the DEC's preferred plan to clean up the former Edgewood Warehouse property. The property is part of a 25-acre site located in the city off Roberts Road near Talcott Street that is planned for use by the Cliffstar Corporation. The Krog Corporation is partnering with Cliffstar on the project that will be developed by Roberts Road Development, which has applied to the New York State Brownfield Cleanup Program. ...
