City starts remediation process at PACC building Julie Shilling Pryor Daily Times (OK) February 10, 2011PRYOR - The City of Pryor is starting the process of remediation at the Pryor Area Chamber of Commerce building. Pryor Mayor Jimmy Tramel is signing a request for proposal (RFP) from Archetype Design for renovation of the chamber building. The city chose Archetype Design over another RFP from Nation Straight Architect. Chris Ball of Ball Point Construction spoke to the Pryor budget committee in a budget meeting last week. He said as the budget for remediation is put together, he plans to leave room for unforeseen issues. Because the design of the chamber building is not complex, Ball said he does not expect to run into problems after beginning the project. ...
