[CPEO-BIF] Transparency - Brownfield Grants and Phase I ESAs

Lenny,

Have you given some thought to asking EPA (in the spirit of 
transparency) to require that all Phase I and II ESAs generated with 
federal dollars under the 104(k) Brownfield Grants to have them posted 
in PDF on the EPA's web site?

You and I paid for them.
