Former Steel Ceilings site may fit future expansion By Kathie Dickerson Coshocton Tribune (OH) July 10, 2011COSHOCTON -- While it might not immediately entice a new company to move to Coshocton, cleaning up a former manufacturing site might encourage another to stay if it has need for expansion. The Coshocton Port Authority will find out Monday if it will receive $288,364 to perform a Phase II environmental assessment at a 15-acre industrial site at 500 N. Third St. The property has been vacant since 2004, when Steel Ceilings Inc. relocated to Johnstown Industrial Park in Johnstown. Although it has no definite plans for expansion, RockTenn, formerly Smurfit-Stone Container Corp., did express an interest in acquiring the property. ...
