Plastech title sought by county Commissioners OK title search to begin By Abbey Doyle Anderson Herald Bulletin (IN) November 2, 2011ANDERSON, Ind. â Madison County commissioners voted Tuesday to allow two area attorneys to begin the process to clear the title for the former Plastech Engineering Products site in Elwood allowing the property to be redeveloped. Elwood Economic Development Director Bill Savage called the site a âvery important piece of propertyâ that needs to be able to be redeveloped. ...Earlier this year the CED received an Auto Sector Brownfields Assessment Initiative award of $38,829 from the Indiana Brownfields Program (IBP) to facilitate brownfield site redevelopment on the property where Plastech produced plastic injection molded exterior automotive components.
