[CPEO-BIF] California's Vapor Intrusion Public Participation Advisory

California's Department of Toxic Substances Control has issued its  
Vapor Intrusion Public Participation Advisory "for use on sites which  
have a potentially complete indoor air exposure pathway."  See http:// 
www.dtsc.ca.gov/SiteCleanup/upload/VIPPA_Final_03_05_12.pdf.

"The Advisory describes public participation approaches designed to  
facilitate effective communication and coordination with communities  
and stakeholders affected by or concerned with vapor intrusion."
