Subject: [CPEO-BIF] Wake Forest, North Carolina soil vapor testing
 
Underground vapor testing expected in Wake Forest neighborhood

WRAL TV-5 News (Raleigh, NC)
October 12, 2012

The North Carolina Division of Waste Management plans to begin below- ground vapor testing of 14 homes near Wake Forest that have shown high levels of chemicals.

The homes, in the Stony Hill Road area, have tested positive for dangerous levels of TCE, a cancer-causing degreasing agent, in well water.
