Swanson-Nunn building demolition to begin Friday Staff Report Evansville Courier-Press (IN) March 17, 2014 Preparation for demolition of the former Swanson-Nunn Electric Co. building at 420 SE Eighth St. will begin this week with site work that will include the installation of temporary fencing and erosion control measures. Actual demolition will begin Friday. Debris removal, backfilling, grading and seeding of the lot is expected to be completed by April 8.
