Petroleum cleanup to begin under Highway 17 in DeLeon Springs By Pat Andrews West Volusia Beacon (FL) March 20, 2014At long last, around the middle of April, the state will begin cleaning up petroleum from under U.S. Highway 17 in DeLeon Springs in the vicinity of the Valero station at the corner of the highway and Ponce de Leon Boulevard.
