Redevelopment project approved for old Taco Bell building By Jake Allen The State (MI) September 17, 2015 A project to redevelop the site of the old Taco Bell building at 565 E. Grand River Ave. was unanimously approved at the Sept. 15 East Lansing City Council meeting.
