Wyoming college offers to donate brownfield property to ARC By Ken de la Bastide Anderson Herald Bulletin (IN) October 6, 2015 ANDERSON – The owners of the former location of Baxter Pest Control on Nichol Avenue are interested in donating the property to the Anderson Redevelopment Commission. The property is adjacent to the former Edgewood Plaza, which is currently owned by the Anderson Redevelopment Commission (ARC). Gary McKinney, brownfields specialist with the Anderson Economic Development Department, said Tuesday that the Central Wyoming College Foundation, which recently obtained the property, is willing to donate the site to the city.
