Cleanup action begins at New Windsor Brownfield site Mid-Hudson News (NY) November 1, 2015 NEW WINDSOR – Environmental remediation is about to begin at the contaminated USAI Lighting facility site at 1116 and 1126 River Road in the Town of New Windsor. The work, under the state’s Brownfield Cleanup program, will be conducted by BDL, LLC with oversight by the state Department of Environmental Conservation. The northern-most parcel of the almost 12-acre site contains an active LED light manufacturing plant and warehouse/distribution facility.
