Dormant industrial sites targeted for assistance by Jeff Platsky Binghamton Press & Sun-Bulletin (NY) December 3, 2015 Two long-dormant Binghamton-area industrial sites have been designated for sweeping redevelopment assistance by New York as a part of a brownfield opportunity program. The two Broome County sites are among 11 across the state designated for assistance Thursday by Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
