RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT SLATED FOR BOULEVARD HEIGHTS 17-Acre brownfield redevelopment is the latest in investment sparked by the Beltline. What Now Atlanta (GA) February 5, 2016 RocaPoint Partners - the development group behind Halycon, a mixed-use development slated for Forsyth - has announced plans to redevelop a 17 acre property in Boulevard Heights, according to Curbed. The developer plans to break ground soon at Confederate and Avondale avenues. The residential development will be a brownfield redevelopment project near the Beltline's planned Southside Trail.
