Batavia Morning News WBTA radio (Batavia, NY) March 17, 2016 One of Batavia’s so-called brownfield sites is destined to be re-developed into 3-three-acres of luxury apartments, Class A office space, new light manufacturing space and a restaurant/brewery. The site is the former location of Santy’s Tire and Della Penna Construction on Ellicott Street.
