Duluth ‘brownfield’ developments draw praise By Peter Passi Duluth News Tribune (MN) November 27, 2016 Two Duluth projects that returned long-neglected industrial sites to productive use were recently singled out for statewide recognition by Minnesota Brownfields, an organization that specializes in encouraging such work.
