Pollution project set for former Troy steel site

Troy  - An Oregon company is spending about $1 million to contain pollution at its former Troy steel fabrication plant that has been closed for more than a decade.
Esco Corp., of Portland, has proposed the plan for its former Steel Treaters property at 520 Campbell Ave., according to a notice this week by the state Department of Environmental Conservation.
