$2.5B riverfront development would transform brownfield By Luke Nozicka NJ Advance Media November 13, 2017 SAYREVILLE -- A real estate company on Monday said it plans to build what it believes is the largest mixed-used development site in New Jersey history in the borough. North American Properties, which described itself as a multi-regional real estate operating and development company, said it plans to build the 418-acre waterfront redevelopment on the Raritan River for $2.5 billion.
