Larry Charles Sr.(1954 - 2018) Larry Charles, Sr., 63, of Hartford, CT, departed this life on Saturday, January 27, 2018. He was born on March 27, 1954 to the late Benjamin Charles, Sr. and Saddie Westley Charles in Houma, LA. He was a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Middletown, CT. Larry was the former Executive Director of ONE CHANE, a proud member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and Kiwanis Club of Hartford….
