Companies meeting criteria can get reduced price to build on former GM plant site By Logan T. Hansen MLive (MI) February 7, 2018 WYOMING - Companies considering building at the former site of the GM Stamping Plant in Wyoming will now have a little more incentive do so after the City Council passed a resolution that allows for a streamlined purchasing process and potentially reduced sales prices. At their meeting on Monday, Feb. 5, the council adopted a resolution that grants City Manager Curtis Holt the authority to enter into purchase agreements and reduce the sales price for potential developments at the site, now known as Site 36 Industrial Park, if they meet certain criteria.
