Contamination leads to public water hookup in Buckingham, Doylestown Township neighborhoods By Chris Ullery Intelligencer (PA) Aprir 16, 2018 A state grant will cover part of the cost of building a joint water system in both townships that would serve 39 commercial and residential properties. Editor’s note: The headline on this article has been updated to reflect that residents in these neighborhoods will be connected to public water, not sewer. A public water extension near the intersection of state Route 263 and Edison Furlong Road will end a long-term water contamination problem for about 39 properties in Buckingham and Doylestown townships.
