Troy approves brownfield development plan for apartment complex By Anne Runkle Oakland County Daily Tribune (MI) June 25, 2018 A $55 million apartment complex with nearly 400 units will rise on the site of an existing FedEx distribution center in the area of Livernois and Maple roads in Troy. The City Council recently approved a brownfield redevelopment plan that will make funds available to the developer to clean up a portion of the site that is environmentally distressed.
