City Council approves updated brownfield redevelopment plan for Ramblewood Plaza By Logan T. Hansen MLive (MI) August 23, 2018 WYOMING - Finding that further contamination mitigation efforts were needed at the former Ramblewood Plaza site, City Council has now approved an updated brownfield redevelopment plan submitted by the property owner. … The parcel is contaminated due to a dry cleaning business formerly located on the site. CWD initially received redevelopment approval that included plans for vapor mitigation, Sall's report said. "Since that time, it became apparent that the original mitigation plans were not sufficient and soil removal was necessary in order to attract desired commercial tenants," the report said.
