State Rep. Anderson sponsors Bill to ensure residents near hazardous waste sites are notified By Beth Finello Ozarks First (MO) April 9, 2019 JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - State Rep. Sonya Anderson wants to ensure Missourians who live near a hazardous waste site are properly notified about the existence of the site, and receive updates about any developments with the site. Anderson is the sponsor of HB 914, which would help ensure this vital information is disseminated to the public. Anderson’s legislation was prompted by a situation she has dealt with in her own district where land belonging to Fantastic Caverns was found to contain trichloroethylene (TCE).
