PLYMOUTH - Diggers and dozers are hard at work on the Plymouth Waterfront. A parking lot between the Plymouth pump station and 225 Water St. is being ripped up as part of a brownfield project by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to prevent a potential hazard.
