Judge gives Water Gremlin one year to clean up lead dust By DEANNA WENIGER Pioneer Press (MN) November 22, 2019 Ramsey County District Judge Leonardo Castro on Friday gave Water Gremlin Co. a one-year deadline to fix its lead dust problem.
