Colorado-based company to bring $100 million solar production facility to Berkeley Co. by Breanna Francis Martinsburg Journal-News (WV) January 7, 2021 MARTINSBURG — A Colorado-based clean energy company has announced plans to install a $100 million solar-production facility in Berkeley County, making it one of the first utility-scale solar projects in the Mountain State.
