[CPEO-IRF] Sierra Army Depot

The Defense Department's detailed description of its BRAC proposal
recommends the relocation of munitions storage from California's Sierra
Army Depot, but there is no mention of Sierra in the state-by-state
summary or the cross-reference index.

Does anyone know which portion of the document is correct?
