Belvoir expansion Web site createdBy AILEEN M. STRENG Potomac News(Woodbridge, VA) May 31, 2006 Fort Belvoir has launched a new Web site aimed at keeping residents, elected officials and the general public informed of the steps under way to accommodate the anticipated 21,000 new military and civilian employees who will be relocated to the post as a result of the Base Realignment and Closure process. "We are very excited to launch the Web site and start the first phase of our community outreach and education process for the realignment of Fort Belvoir," said Ken Kost, project manager for Belvoir New Vision Planners, the team that was awarded the government contract to lead the planning process on the realignment. ...
