Planners tour El Toro, Tustin basesOfficials who are working to redevelop former military installations around the country tour the two Orange County sites Monday. By SONYA SMITH THE ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER (CA) February 6, 2007Planners, consultants and engineers toured the old El Toro and Tustin bases Monday for a little bit of inspiration. The tours were included in the Association of Defense Communities' weekend conference in Newport Beach. The conference brings together different people working to redevelop military bases.
