Environmental concerns at KAAP discussed By Jon Ruhlen Parsons Sun (KS) April 2, 2007Six companies submitted proposals to the Local Redevelopment and Planning Authority that detailed how they would address environmental issues at the Kansas Army Ammunition Plant. Members of the LRPA steering committee met this morning and narrowed the list to the top three companies. The committee will consider them before making a recommendation to the LRPA. The three companies are Matrix Engineering Services of Denver, Weston Solutions of Vernon Hills, Ill., and ELM Consulting of Milwaukee. ...
