(WJZ) BALTIMORE Lieutenant Governor Anthony Brown toured Baltimore Wednesday to look at ways in which the city can play a role in the statewide BRAC plan.

Pat Warren reports the military's Base Realignment and Closure plan is bringing thousands of people to Maryland.

At a news conference Wednesday, Brown said Baltimore's housing stock is an important aspect of the BRAC relocation.
