Google jet part of Moffett deal By Melanie Carroll Palo Alto Daily News (CA) September 12, 2007A Boeing 767 owned by Google's co-founders and spotted flying out of Moffett Field last week is slated to be housed there under terms of a two-year lease agreement, NASA said Tuesday. The jet took off for Spain last Wednesday morning from the Mountain View airstrip, which typically isn't available to private aircraft, according to NASA and Federal Aviation Administration records. The Boeing 767 that belongs to Google co-founders and billionaires Sergey Brin and Larry Page can now fly into and out of Moffett Field because of an earth sciences-related agreement struck last month between NASA and a company called H211, LLC, space agency officials confirmed Tuesday. Brin and Page also are involved in H211, but NASA spokeswoman Dolores Beasley declined to say how. A Google search of H211 did not yield any information about the company. ...
