The report by RKG used a study conducted by Fort Lee last year to
determine where the vast majority of those coming to the area might set
up their homes.

The report said many of the new residents may move to Chesterfield
County, especially considering that more than 80 percent of the 13,000
approved developments and lots related to the base expansion are located

The report says Chesterfield County may gain 809 new households, Prince

new households. In addition, Hopewell would gain 150 households,
Petersburg would gain 217 households and Colonial Heights would gain 166
households.
