Plan to split ammo plant displeases local officials
RRRA slates bulk of land for economic development; Army plans differ

The Army has released its plans for conveyance of property at Red River 
Army Depot and Lone Star Army Ammunition Plant, following a Base 
Realignment and Closure process.

But the proposal has local officials stunned and planning to fight for 
changes.
