Panama: Help in requesting document

Panamanian citizens involved in the effort to have U.S. military bases
cleaned up are making an appeal to U.S. citizens/activists in this area.
Specifically, they would like to know how to frame a request to the
Pentagon for information on the conditions of the U.S. bases located in
Panama. Information they would like to obtain:

-toxic/hazardous materials used on the bases
-studies done on above materials
-methods used to study contamination
-dates of studies.

Any help or suggestions you can pass along are greatly appreciated. More
complete information on closing U.S. bases in Panama and the Pentagon's
response to citizen's concerns will be coming online in a few days.
